These terms apply to your use of corply.ai (the “site”), which is operated byCorply, LLC, a Utah limited liability company (“Corply,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What the site is for

The site describes Corply’s services and publishes articles about software, data and AI for industrial businesses. It is provided for general information. Nothing on the site is an offer to provide services, and nothing on it is legal, financial, safety or engineering advice for your specific situation.

Working with Corply

Any services we provide are governed by a separate written agreement, such as a statement of work or master services agreement, signed by both parties. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls. Sending us a message through the site does not create a client relationship or any obligation on either side.

Our content

The text, design, graphics, logos and code on the site are owned by Corply or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read, share links to, and print pages for your own business use. You may quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back. You may not republish substantial portions of the site, or present it as your own, without our written permission.

“Corply” and the Corply logo are trademarks of Corply, LLC. Other names and products mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility or common tools. Their mention does not imply endorsement or partnership.

Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

send spam, malicious code, or content that is unlawful, misleading or infringes someone else’s rights
try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its hosting, or any related systems
interfere with the site’s operation, including by overloading it or bypassing rate limits
use the contact form to send unsolicited sales pitches in bulk

Automated crawling for search indexing and AI search answers is welcome, subject to the rules in ourrobots.txt file.

Information you send us

Please do not send confidential information, credentials or regulated data through the contact form. If we need sensitive information to scope work, we will arrange a secure way to exchange it, usually under a nondisclosure agreement. How we handle what you send is described in our privacy policy.

Links to other sites

The site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and a link is not an endorsement.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corply disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. Articles reflect our experience and opinions at the time of writing and may not suit your circumstances.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Corply will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you in full.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

The site uses the Archivo typeface by Omnibus-Type, licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, and is built with open-source software including Astro (MIT License). Their licenses are preserved in this site’s source.
