Privacy policy

This policy explains what information Corply, LLC (“Corply,” “we,” “us”) collects throughcorply.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have. Corply, LLC is a Utah limited liability company. The short version: we collect what you choose to send us, we use it to reply and to work with you, we do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal information.

Information you give us

When you use the contact form, we collect:

• your name and email address (required)
• your company and role, if you provide them
• the industry, systems, problem areas and timing you select, if any
• your message
• the service or industry page you came from, if you followed a link from one

When you email us at info@corply.ai, we receive whatever your message contains, including your email address and signature.

Information collected automatically

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information to deliver pages and protect the site, including your IP address, browser user agent, and the pages you request. When you submit the contact form:

• your IP address is used for a short-lived rate limit that blocks automated abuse. We do not store your IP address with your submission.
• we store the country Cloudflare associates with your connection, which helps us understand where inquiries come from.
• Cloudflare keeps short-lived request logs for the code that handles the form, including your IP address, which we use only to debug problems. These logs are deleted automatically within 7 days.

We do not use Google Analytics or similar tracking tools. To count page views and see which pages are useful, we may use Cloudflare Web Analytics. When it is on, a small script from Cloudflare reports the page you viewed, your browser type and how long the page took to load. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track you across other websites.

The site does not set cookies, does not use advertising pixels, and does not load third-party trackers. Fonts are served from our own domain.

How we use information

• to reply to your inquiry and discuss possible work
• to prepare proposals and, if we work together, to deliver and support that work
• to keep the site secure and working, including preventing spam and abuse
• to understand, in aggregate, which pages and topics are useful to visitors

We do not sell or rent personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use contact form submissions to train AI models.

Who processes information for us

We use a small number of service providers, who process information on our behalf and under their own security commitments:

• Cloudflare hosts the website, stores contact form submissions, sends form notifications to our inbox, and provides analytics.
• Google Workspace hosts our email, including messages sent to info@corply.ai and form notifications.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to the information transferred.

How long we keep it

Contact form submissions are deleted from our form database automatically 24 months after they are received. Each submission is also emailed to our inbox, and that copy is kept with our other business email until we delete it. Emails and records related to work we do together are kept as long as needed for that work and for our legal, tax and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information, including the email copy, at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to give you a copy of it. Email info@corply.ai with “Privacy request” in the subject line. We will respond within 45 days and may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request. We offer these choices to every visitor, wherever you live, and we will not treat you differently for using them.

Security

Submissions are sent over HTTPS and stored encrypted at rest by Cloudflare. Access is limited to the people at Corply who respond to inquiries. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect what you send us. Our general practices are described on our security page.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

International visitors

Corply is based in the United States, and information is processed in the United States and wherever our service providers operate. By using the site, you understand that your information will be handled under United States law.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the effective date above. Material changes will be noted at the top of the page.
